How tuition works
Gillian gives you the figures in writing at the tour, for the room and schedule you need.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes. We give you the figures in writing at the tour.
Your child's room
Full day, mornings or part week
Days a week
Registration
Registration opens your child's enrollment file. It's paid once, when you hand in the application.
Holding a place
When a place opens, we send you an offer in writing and you have a few days to answer. What you pay to hold the place goes toward your first month's tuition. If the room is full, your family joins the waitlist for it, and offers go out in the order we describe on the enrollment page.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, ahead of the month, and paid by autopay or at the front desk. If a payment is late, we talk with you before anything changes.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether state child care assistance is open this month and how to apply. If your employer or school offers a child care benefit, bring the paperwork to the tour and we'll go through it with you.
Siblings
If a brother or sister is already enrolled, tell us when you apply: it changes the order in which places are offered. Ask Gillian at the tour about tuition for a second child, and she'll put it in writing.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's written notice before your child leaves. If you're finishing a degree or moving away, tell us as early as you can so the next family on the list can plan.
Ask about the figures at the tour
Come see the rooms, and we'll explain the schedule that fits your family.
